New Meeting Management System Introduced

Hampsthwaite Parish Council is pleased to announce that, from August 2026, it has adopted GovMeetings, a modern meeting management system designed specifically for local councils.

The new system provides a more efficient way to manage council meetings and helps improve transparency by making agendas, reports, supporting documents and minutes easier to access in one central location. Residents will benefit from clearer presentation of meeting information and more timely publication of council documents.

The introduction of GovMeetings forms part of the Council's ongoing commitment to openness, accountability and good governance, helping residents stay informed about decisions and matters affecting the parish.
